Lost or Delayed Baggage Procedure:

Immediate Steps:
1. DO NOT leave the airport yet
2. Go to airline baggage service desk
3. File a Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
4. Get your PIR reference number
5. Provide delivery address for when found

Reimbursement for Essentials:

Spare Lithium Batteries:

• ALLOWED in carry-on if:
- Terminals are insulated in protective case or plastic bag
- Maximum 2 spare batteries per customer
- Battery does not exceed 160 watt hours

All Batteries for Devices:
Due to fire risk, all batteries must be:
• Packed in original retail package, OR
• Wrapped in insulating tape to prevent contact with metal objects

Important: Lithium batteries should be in carry-on (not checked) to protect from crushing/puncture.

Lithium Batteries in Devices:
• Consumer electronics (watches, cameras, phones, laptops, etc.) containing lithium batteries are accepted in carry-on
• Checked devices must be turned OFF and prevented from accidental activation
• If carry-on is gate-checked, remove all spare lithium batteries

Medication Permitted in Carry-On

We know how important your medication is to you.

What's Allowed:
• Liquid, gel, and aerosol medications
• Prescription medications in any quantity
• Over-the-counter medications
• Medical necessity items

Exemptions from 3-1-1 Rule:

• Allowed in checked bags AND cabin
• Non-spillable batteries required
• Must be marked "NONSPILLABLE" or "NON-SPILLABLE BATTERY"
• OR completely enclosed in a case

Note: If battery is not labeled "non-spillable" or enclosed in case, it will be treated as spillable battery with additional procedures required.

International Flight Bag Policies

Included with All Fares:
• Carry-on bag (space permitting) that fits in overhead bin
• Personal item (purse, daypack, laptop bag, or approved pet carrier) that fits under seat

Important Restrictions:
Boxes NOT accepted as checked bags on international flights
• Non-hazardous items may be packed in checked bags
• NOT liable for damage to fragile items (TVs, electronics, etc.)

Inspection Notice:
• Bags may be inspected by Customs or TSA at any time
• If selected, you will be required to repack and close bags

Connecting Flights:
• You may need to collect bags after clearing Customs
• Recheck bags for continuing flights
• Verify at ticket counter before departure if bags check through to final destination

Humanitarian Organizations:
Organizations transporting supplies are subject to the same bag allowances and guidelines as all other customers.
